Dr. Rathnapratheep is a highly qualified and experienced Neonatologist with extensive training from premier medical institutions in India. He completed his MBBS from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) during 2006–2011, followed by MD in Pediatrics from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) from 2012–2015.

He subsequently worked as Senior Resident in Neonatology at JIPMER from 2015–2016 and went on to pursue DM Neonatology at PGIMER, Chandigarh, completing his super-specialty training in 2019. He also served as Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at Sri Venkateswara Medical College and Research Centre from 2019–2020.

Since 2021, Dr. Rathnapratheep has been working as Consultant Neonatologist at Ahalia Women and Children Hospital, providing comprehensive care for newborns, including high-risk and critically ill neonates.
